AutoEngineLube Co warrants to THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER of this pre-lube kit, that should this product (excluding oil pressure gauges) under normal use and conditions, be proven defective at any time during THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION, such defects will be repaired or replaced (at the companies option) WITHOUT CHARGE FOR PARTS AND REPAIR LABOR. This warranty does not cover costs incurred for removal or reinstalling of the pre lube kit or damage to vehicle electrical system. This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof, which in the opinion of the company has been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranty or liability. Any implied warranty including any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty. In no case shall the company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied whatsoever. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.
